ISLA MUJERES ALLURE TOUR
Live the experience across the Caribbean Sea in a comfortable boat to get to know the magical town of Isla Mujeres, starting the experience at the Mar Azul dock, when we set sail, we head directly to the El Meco reef where you can snorkel, then we begin the journey to Isla Mujeres to reach the Zaza beach club, there you will have buffet food and free time to enjoy the beach and the sea, our last stop will be visiting the center of the island to learn a little more about the lifestyle of the locals.
The tour starts at 9:30 am, and you are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to check in, returning to Cancun is at 5:00 pm.

IMPORTANT:
• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to adults (18 years of age)
• The snorkeling tour is subject to weather conditions
• The minimum age for a child to do the snorkeling activity is 9 years old, and they must always be accompanied by an adult.
• The life jacket is mandatory on the snorkeling tour.

CANCELLATIONS:
- 5 days before service free of charge
- During the 5 days before the service, a 30% charge will be charged
- 24 hours before the service a 100% charge will be charged CAUSES OF FORCE
MAJEURE:
In the event of force majeure events such as Hurricanes, Floods, earthquakes, port and sea closures, strikes, acts of terrorism, demonstrations, etc. You may change the date of the previously paid service. If the dates do not coincide with the client's interests, you may request a refund, following the proper protocols for requesting a refund.
DUE TO BAD WEATHER:
If you cancel due to weather conditions, you are informed that the only agency authorized to authorize or not authorize the maritime operation is the Port Captaincy. Any weather application will not be accepted as a valid source to cancel your service. You can reschedule your visit, but if the tour has the authorization to operate regularly endorsed by the Port Captaincy and the client does not want to attend, the refund does not apply.
Allure Tour and its services reserve the right to terminate any contract with USER at any time and for any reason, including inappropriate use of the SITE or failure to comply with the terms and conditions described herein.
